Domestic Shipping and handling
All U.S. orders receive a standard 2-4 day shipping. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your orders.
We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered, we are no longer liable. Orders can be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders placed Monday – Friday before 3 PM PST may be processed that day and ship within one business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM PST or over the weekend may be processed on the following Monday.
In placing an order, you authorize Jewelry of cape to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual import fees for your item(s).

Returns or exchanges must be requested and sent back within 30 days of receipt of item. All pieces will be subject to a inspection, and the original packaging (gift box etc.) must be intact.
Please Note: All international orders are final sale. All custom orders and special orders placed on jewelryofcape.com are final sale. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 30 days of receipt.
If you wish to make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and title the subject of your email “RETURN,” followed by the order number. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and will assist in arranging pick up for all returns. Once the return is inspected, the customer will receive a full refund to the original form of payment.
